A Photo Everyday for a Year!

This is my 365 Project!
We shall call it "Bree! 365". I will be taking a photo a day for the next year!! I am going to start doing "Theme Week" and "Theme Month" and choose different themes from time to time! So it should be a lot of fun! I'll try and upload everyday, but it might be every few days.
Thanks for checking it out!

39 -- April 25, 2010

Yup! More fun prom shoots!! These 2 girls had the most amazing dresses I think I've ever seen!! And they are 2 of the sweetest girls ever!! And how good do their dates look? What a picture perfect evening!

38 -- April 24, 2010

It's that time again!! Prom!!

Awww memories! It was such a fun night! And you get to dress up and have a great time with your date and friends! What more could you ask for? These kids even got to ride in a stretch hummer! Too fun!

37 -- April 23, 2010

Now, for the second time in my daily blog, here's the beyootiful Miss Tawnie!! This girl is just so pretty and fun, how could I not feature her again? She is a girly girl with a tough side! She likes to go 4 wheeling and has this huge truck!! She wanted to pose with her truck, and had the cute idea to wear something really girly so it would show both her sides. I think it was a great choice because this picture came out awesome!!

36 -- April 22, 2010

We take a lot of pictures out on a piece of land that has tons of ponds, trees, pastures, and best of all...3 beyootiful horses!! They are super friendly (even so, I am still a bit terrified of them!). So, as this one was trying to get my attention, all up in my biz, I snapped a picture of him. So gorgeous!

35 -- April 21, 2010

My good friend, Michelle, is a belly dancer. Not just any belly dancer, but a pretty amazing one. She has a group of girls this semester that are just so talented, (and not to mention beyootiful!) that it blows my mind!! Their dance was so hypnotizing and awe inspiring!! I got the chance to take several shots of them at their rehearsal, and these were 2 of my fave shots!

The first picture is one of the girls in this group of beyootiful belly dancers! She had her makeup done so amazingly that I just had to capture it. And just the way she carries herself definitely shows through this picture. So mysterious!

The next picture is the whole group of girls, and they were shaking their hips!! Poor things I made em hold that pose for so long they prob felt like their hips were going to fall off!! But I just wanted to capture the motion of their coin belts!! I can't believe they can even move like that!!

34 -- April 20, 2010

I took a picture of this same row of bleeding hearts exactly TWO days ago!! I guess I forgot how much it grows and blossoms in just a short amount of time!!

33 -- April 19, 2010

I don't know what I would do without either of these two. The absolute loves of my life! (Cena, too, of course!!).

And they love each other soo much, too. Sometimes, they act like each other, and most of all...they look like each other. Classic case of owner and dog looking like one another. Sometimes they'll be sitting next to each other and look at me the exact same way from across the room... it's almost uncanny how much they are alike!

While Nick was outside playing basketball I decided to see is Jazz wanted to play along because she always thinks it looks like so much fun! But, sadly, the ball was too big for her and she didn't quite know how to play with it. So instead, they just loved on each other as usual!

32 -- April 18, 2010

Everyone's favorite flower bush in my yard...my Bleeding Heart plant. Every year that I've had that plant, I've taken pictures of it. It blooms like crazy during the spring, then stays green and pretty during summer but doesn't really bloom anymore. So, it's going to be beyootiful for the next couple of weeks!! I almost didn't want to take a picture of it for my 365 blog, because I wasn't sure if I could make it any different from the other pics I have taken every year before.
But, this year, we have our dear pink flamingo! It was one of the props at our wedding, and now resides in our garden! So, how great of a backdrop did that flamingo make for the billion of blooms on it?!!? So excited I got this shot, even though I got pretty muddy kneeling down to get this angle.

I will probably take more pictures of it over the next few weeks as it actually starts blooming bigger... And prob lots more of all our flowers in our yard, as well. There are too many interesting ones to not!! Black calla lillies, huge bright orange tiger lillies, and so many more cool things! Can't wait for em all to bloom already!

31 -- April 17, 2010

Amy and I shot a Quinceanera yesterday and it was gorgeous!! SO many beyootiful things it was hard to choose just one to blog about.

So, even though there were billions of things to take pictures of, I thought this would be a good one to post. There were tons of elaborate things (like the cake...in the shape of the Eiffel Tower!!), but I thought this was just such a simple beauty. And I couldn't choose just one of the shoe, because I thought both had it's perks!

So I decided to post both. Maybe that'll make up for the like 4 I missed this week :D

30 -- April 14, 2010

So, I admit. I DID take pictures every day, but sometimes, what you think will be a great picture, ends up being not so great. So, I would rather just skip those days than to put up a picture that I am not so proud of!

So, after not posting for a week, I went thru my pics that I actually did like for the week, and decided it's about time I get my butt on this computer and upload them already!!

So, this one I took on Wednesday, of my dog Cena. So, he has a lot of hair, and with the changing of the seasons, he is shedding. A lot. Well, truth be told, he always sheds a lot. So, he's not really allowed on the couch. But sometimes he gets up there when he thinks he can get away with it, (like when I sleep till noon), so when I got up that morning and found him like this.

Totally illegal...

but completely adorable!

I couldn't mess up this little couch potatoes' lazy time! Looks eerily similar to myself when I lay on the couch and watch tv! Complete with tv remote at arms reach!

29 -- April 11, 2010

I love doing themed shoots!! Especially when I am shooting them with my friend, Michelle and her hubby!! We did a 20's, vintage type theme. So fun!
Trying to find the perfect picture for my picture of the day was tough... but I finally decided on this one... I mean, how could I not want to show this picture off?? Michelle looked beyootiful in her 20's themed outfits...and her hubby looked like he walked right out of that time period!! I will put more of them on my photography blog (punkybreester.shutterfly.com) after I get them edited. I am super excited to see all the fun shots we got!!

28 -- April 10, 2010

This is Tawny (forgive me if I am spelling it wrong!) She was such a trooper!! We were taking her senior pictures, and I had the bright idea we should do some pictures with the horses in the background. Key word: background. But, the horses had different ideas. They were too friendly, I guess, because they came right up to us!! Usually they kind of keep their distance! And even though we were a little bit scared, she held it together well!!
There are tons of cute shots with her and the horses, and some, just like we had planned, in the background. But I chose this one for my picture of the day because it's not a typical senior picture!! So, I thought it would fit well on this blog. :D

28 -- April 9, 2010

I am so proud of Nick, because, while I am quite the homebody, he is always out and about, wondering around outside, doing yard work or just messing around with friends or his family. Well, he spotted a really pretty sunset the other day and told me to come outside to shoot it, and then this morning, he saw that our apple tree is blossoming with these beyootiful white blossoms, and told me I should come outside and shoot it before they are gone. I think my eye for pretty pictures is rubbing off on him!! So, I slapped on my 85mm lens, and it was perfect for shooting up high in this tree right outside our back door. I tried to sneak around it to capture a sparrow that was in it, but as soon as I put the camera up to my face, he flew away. Of course.

But I don't think I can decide on just one pic, so I think today shall have 2 pretty pictures of the apple blossoms! If Michelle (http://michelles365project.blogspot.com/) can do it, so can I!! haha

27 -- April 8, 2010

I really wanted to capture how beyootiful this place is, and I don't know if this picture really does it justice but I thought it was a pretty cool picture anyways. It's on the land of Larry Dimmick, who owns Dimmick realty, and there are several really pretty ponds, trees, cat tails, and the river right next to it. We have sole permission to shoot pictures on his land, and it's crazy how it's soo beyootiful no matter what season it is!!

26 -- April 7, 2010

Ok, so anyone who knows me, knows that if something is "cake batter", "cupcake", or "brownie batter" flavored...I will almost definitely be obsessed with it. So, awhile back when I found Cupcake Pebbles, you best believe that I bought it!! They are really delish, but then I thought, hey let's make it even fattier and more delish by making them into rice crispy treats! And let me tell you, they are fantastic!

Oh, and they are super easy to make! Get a bag of those big marshmallows, a box of those Cupcake Pebbles, and a 1/4 cup of butter. Melt the butter in the microwave in a big bowl till it's melted, then put the whole bag of mallows in it (give or take a few, since I ate 2 and my dog ate one that fell on the floor lol) and mix it all together till the mallows are coated. Microwave it for 45 seconds, then stir it up as good as you can. Then microwave it for another minute or so till it's all melted and then stir it up really good. Mix in the whole box of cereal, then press it into a greased 13x9 cookie sheet! Let it cool, then devour it in seconds like Nick and I did! :D

Updating my blog!

I know the blog looks a little bare right now, but I have a new layout I am going to put on it and totally forgot to put it on my jump drive today. So within the next few days it should have a great new layout! Yay!

25 -- April 6, 2010

So this is where the magic happens...

This is my my little shabby chic computer desk, fully equipped with my beyootiful Mac, my phone, Twilight saga, dry erase calendar, and so much more on it! I pretty much live at this desk most of the time, being a photographer and do a lot of editing at this computer, and of course, anyone that knows me, knows that little pink phone is my best friend! Now, substitute that Gatorade with a Dr. Pepper, and I would never want to leave that desk!

I know the color on this pic isn't the greatest, but I have lime green sheer curtains and it's kinda dark outside so it casts a weird color and stuff sometimes!

24 -- April 5, 2010

Okay, so sometimes I am at a loss of what to take a picture of everyday. It's not like I am really out and about all that often, so it's mostly just stuff around my house or outside my house that I take pictures of. So on this day, I decided my cool plant needed it's cameo on my blog :D

The coolest plant in the coolest pot you'll ever see.

Well, maybe not ever... but I think it's pretty cool, anyway!

23 -- April 4, 2010

This was my 11 year old brother, Taylor, coloring his egg with a sharpie before putting it in the egg dye! He colored a scary little cat face on it I think. Thought it was cool cuz it's not one of those "typical" Easter photos of the kids you usually see!

22 -- April 3, 2010

Amy and I were taking pictures of this beyootiful family with 2 pretty little girls and a little cutie boy named Archer. I caught Archer and his daddy playing while the girls were taking their pictures :D

22 -- April 2, 2010

There was like actually 200 (give or take a few!) pictures that I took on this day! But gosh, I almost couldn't decide which one I would use for my ONE picture of the day! It almost isn't fair I have to choose only one! But I got some feedback, and ended up choosing this one (and the others just might make an appearance elsewhere on my main blog!)

This is of a beyootiful girl that my boss, Amy, and I took pictures of for her Quinceanera. She looked gorgeous and the house we took them in was amazing!! Thinking about moving in there! haha

21 -- April 1st, 2010

I just thought this looked pretty interesting...country livin at it's finest! haha You never know what you'll find over by my in-laws, shoes on top of the propane tank or burnt leaves! Who knows.

20 -- March 31, 2010

Okay, I admit I am addicted to Twilight. Anyone who knows me, knows this very well! And the third book, Eclipse, is my absolute fave in the series.
